Auto 100 AS alustas tegevust 14. septembril 2005, Tšehhi autotootja Škoda sõidukite maaletoojana. Esmane eesmärk, arendada välja Škoda diilervõrk Eesti suuremates keskustes, saavutati 2006. aasta lõpuks. Sama aasta jooksul lisandus Eesti teedele 1169 uut Škoda sõiduautot, mis oli selleks hetkeks läbi aegade parim Škoda müügitulemus Eestis.
12. aprillil 2007 avati Tallinnas Škoda esindussalong netopinnaga 3500m2. Tegemist oli esimese Škoda täielikult tehase kontseptsioonile vastava müügisalongiga Baltikumis.
1. oktoober 2017 alustas Auto 100 AS tegevust ka Lätis Škoda sõidukite maaletoojana. Selleks on loodud ettevõte Auto 100 Latvijas filiāle, kes täidab kõiki importööri kohustusi ja kelle esmane eesmärk on arendada välja Škoda diilervõrk.
Alates 1. jaanuarist 2023 alustas Auto 100 AS tegevust Leedus Škoda sõidukite maaletoojana. Selleks loodi ettevõte Auto 100 Lietuvos filialas, kes täidab kõiki importööri kohustusi.
