Regio tegevusalad on kaartide loomine ja kirjastamine, ruumiandmete kogumine, töötlemine ja visualiseerimine.

REGIO asutati 1990. aastal Tartu Ülikooli spin-off-firmana. Alates 1. jaanuarist 2016 tegutseb Regio OÜ. Oleme spetsialiseerunud keerukate ja infomahukate kaartide tootmisele, lisaks trükitavatele kaartidele valmistame ka GPS-kaarte.

Geoinfo vallas kuulub Regiole enimkasutatav, ainuke pidevalt uuenev ning ühtlase kvaliteediga Balti riikide teedeandmestik ja mahukaim aadressandmebaas.
