25.aprillil toimus kolmas MTÜ Eesti E-kaubanduse Liidu korraline üldkoosolek. Kinnitati 2011 aasta majandusaasta aruanne ning kuulati juhatuse ettekannet plaanitud tegevustest ja suundadest 2012 aastaks:
Üldkoosolekul valiti uuteks juhatuse liikmeteks Taavi Rajur ja Martin Kõiva. Revisjonikomisjoni koosseis täienes kahe uue liikme näol: Signe Kõiv ja Olesija Roos. Juhatuse ja revisjoni täiskoosseisu vaata siit.
