We are already selling medical devices to customers in Estonia, Germany, UK, the US and our ambition is to grow to become a leading global Home Health solutions provider. We are looking to our team an ambitious and a very “hands-on-type”

GLOBAL E-COMMMERCE MANAGER

whose main responsibility is to grow our e-commerce business from ground up and conquer the world.

Responsibilities:

• organise continuous upgrades, development and administration of website(s);
• continuous development of the company's portfolio of products;
• implement effective and measurable strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets;
• define, plan and implement right e-commerce approach by country and region;
• building up online sales and the e-commerce team;
• reporting - prepare and present business performance and sales forecasts.

You are good candidate, if you have:

• university/college degree or education or experience in related field;
• 3+ years proven track record in online sales;
• entrepreneurial spirit, will and skill to present the company in the media (also publicly);
• strong written, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• ability to be proactive and solve problems quickly;
• ability to work independently;
• very good knowledge of English.

It is advantageous if the candidate has experience in working with healthcare products or has experience in cooperating with healthcare sector organisations.
